The Activision Anthology is a collection of iconic games for the Atari 2600, along with various additional features and content. Some of these other features and content include new playable modes for each game; trivia; previously issued patches and upgrades; 3D views of the cartridges; original manuals; and more. The game includes licensed songs from the 1980s in its soundtrack, and it comes with 45 different games.
The material resembles Activision Hits Remixed for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). However, it does not feature homebrew games like the Activision Anthology: Remix Edition for the personal or Macintosh computer. The following video games are included in the package:
