People still use Pokémon for battle, but regular Pokémon can’t stand any chance against their new counterparts that locals call “Emon.” In an attempt to extinguish these Emon, Pokémon trainers around the world fought a war to overthrow them, but failed miserably. Five years have passed since that time, memories of the events are vague for you. Your quest begins with nothing more than a small, weak Charmander, a pair of new running shoes, your will, and the light of hope shining at your back.
