This version of Pokemon Emerald was modified by the same person who created Pokemon Expert Emerald. It is known as Pokemon Spirit Emerald. It would appear that this individual has a strong affinity for Pokemon Emerald. He plans to develop a mod that isn’t too different from the original, but it will have a lot of new content that will keep players interested.
