Medabots is a robot that uses artificial intelligence. They are produced for the purpose of serving people in jobs. There are even many Medabots tournaments held, as a form of entertainment for humans, and attract extremely powerful warriors. Ikki Tenryō, a young boy who dreams of becoming a champion in the World Robattle tournament. However, his father did not support this and with the small amount of money he had accumulated for so long, it was not enough. Luckily, on a trip to the river, he picked up a medal and later bought a Medabot called Metabee. He has a special ability called Medaforce, but with a weak appearance, Ikki Tenryō has not realized it yet. Metabee’s mysterious potential will gradually be revealed on the next journey to the top of glory.
The gameplay is quite simple, players will take the role of Ikki Tenryō and make a journey through every single place of the World Map, search for opponents and participate in tournaments to win the championship. Along the way, players will encounter other Medafighters in the 3vs3 battle. The mechanism of a match is quite simple, in which the player will choose the skills of Medabot to attack the opponent. One difference compared to other role-playing games, is that the Medabot characters in this game are not designed for vitality, but instead, are 4 separate battle parts assembled on the body. If one of those parts is seriously damaged or broken, then it cannot be used anymore. Therefore, a Medabot is considered to be destroyed when all 4 parts are damaged, or the head is destroyed.
Besides fighting, players can move around the map and communicate with characters, or other NPCs. They will provide resources for the next part of the script, and sometimes useful items for robots, including replacement parts or upgrade items. During battles, or on missions, the system will reward players with bonus units, and it can be used for trading or upgrading to improve individual indicators. Of course, the higher the stats are, the higher the effectiveness in the battles will increase, the combat speed will be faster as well as the damage level is also greater.
