Raiden is one of the most powerful heroes in the Earthrealm continent. During the past 100 years, invasions in an arena called MORTAL KOMBAT had been prevented. But so far Raiden seems to be getting old, while threats still lurk around Earthrealm. Quan Chi and Shang Tsung are the two strong opponents they had once defeated, but now, they are planning to be returned with the dark magic power in order to revive the evil army for revenge. Once this happens, the continent will be completely destroyed. Facing with this peril, a conquest of the MORTAL KOMBAT arena is going to take place again, including the participation of Raiden and the heroes of Earthrealm. The strongest will have the right to determine the lives of others!

MORTAL KOMBAT – DEADLY ALLIANCE is a fighting game, focusing on the fighting capabilities of the character, similar to Street Fighter that you may have known before. This game has a number of 22 characters, but only 21 of them are playable. The last one is the final boss: the Dragon King, also is the one behind the manipulation that Quan Chi and Shang Tsung need to destroy. Each character has each basic fighting skills such as punching, kicking, combos that create Knockout, and special ones such as spitting fire, freezing, or stunning the opponent. These special skills have very high damage, and this is also a point to distinguish between characters. However, this does not apply to some characters that are unlocked from the beginning of the game, because they are quite weak and combat skills are almost the same.

In addition, the developer has also added a new feature called Konquest mode, and it is considered an extension of the previous story mode. It works as a perfect introduction for each character, as their information and biography will also be revealed as you complete the task designed specifically for each person. The reward for these activities is “Koins”, a currency unit that can be used to purchase “Koffin” in the Krypt feature. There are many types of “Koffin” with different prices and being sold in other currencies such as Gold, Ruby, or Sapphire. Items that can be received are also quite diverse, including costumes, armor, weapon skins, currency units, some special characters and sometimes just an empty chest.
