While traveling across the ocean and reaching the Grand Line, the Straw Hat Pirates encountered a rival pirate crew. In it, a mysterious girl used a weapon as a guitar to make Luffy lose his memory. Fortunately, Luffy’s ability is still retained. On the other hand, his friends are looking for ways to regain memories. But the only way for him to remember the things he has forgotten is to carry out adventures in the past.
At the start, the game gives you an event map. By completing them, the corresponding memories will be restored. As introduced in the plot, it is inevitable that the player will understand that Luffy is the main character and is selected by default to role-play. But he can recruit two more teammates to assist in the battle, and those two will be controlled by the CPU.

Its gameplay is probably nothing new and elusive for those who have known One Piece Ocean’s Dream on the Playstation. All starting from the RPG genre, most designs are the same. The wide viewing angle in the top-down direction will bring the ability to capture the situation in a large space. Fighting is also comfortable because Luffy only includes basic punching, kicking, and special techniques brought about by the rubber demon Gomu Gomu. It is a species of the Paramecia family, known for having great power. In the movie of the same name, he has many offensive skills, namely Gomu Gomu no Pistol Shot, Gomu Gomu no Gatling, Gomu Gomu no Bazooka, or Gomu Gomu no Cannon, but this game does not seem to be fully described.
For the most part, the goal to be achieved in stages is just to defeat the enemy. In this regard, it is considered to be simple to overcome, although the number of pirates in each battle is quite large. Sometimes bosses are also present to make the difficulty level increase a little more. But there is still a solution, and you should probably explore it yourself to gain more experience.

Interactive features are also quite impressive. There are many NPCs to navigate the script and provide useful information on this sea adventure. Sometimes they hold quests, reward players, and also challenge the character in a match. Currently, One Piece: Dragon Dream has built content that corresponds to Episode 220 of One Piece.
