You’re a young Wistfall Villager from southwest Ohkai. Professor Basswood loves Pokémon and botany. A redhead enters Wistfall Village one morning. Basswood pairs you and this girl with a rare Pokémon today. He assigns you both to investigate the Amaryllis’ mysterious appearances.
Parallel to this, Team Epoch has formed. Team Epoch studies Pokémon biology, minds, and control. The region’s Pokémon Rangers are dissatisfied and try to stop Team Epoch. Unfortunately, Team Epoch’s survival struggle involves you and the redhead girl.
