There are nine different versions of the same game, and Pokémon Aquamarine is one of those nine. Each version corresponds with a different Eevee evolution. There aren’t a lot of significant deviations between the variants, but the title screens are different, and the team that your opponent is using is different depending on the version. If you are unsure of which game to play, my advice is to go with the one that you enjoy the most!

The first event that occurs in Pokémon Aquamarine is a strange dream for the player character. The player is told by a ghostly figure named Ilex that they have been transformed into a Mew and that they need to go on a journey in order to return to their human body. The storyline of the game changes depending on whether the player chooses to take on the role of a boy or a girl during gameplay. The player evolves into a typical Mew when they are a boy. The player transforms into a Shiny Mew when they are a girl.
