You are a young man or woman of 13 years old whose father is the owner of a sizable business in the Lunoh Region known as EDGE Co. Your father calls you in the morning and asks you to come to his office to meet him. Because he was never given the opportunity to become a Pokemon Master when he was younger, he asks you in that conversation to help him realize his childhood dream. You make the decision to accept and are rewarded with your very first Eevee and Pokemon!
And with that, your journey will start! Along the way, you will encounter a wide variety of interesting people and will come up against a number of obstacles, one of which is the nefarious Team Genesis, whose goal is to free Giratina from the confines of the Distortion World and use his power to take over the world. You are the protagonist, so it is obviously your responsibility to put a stop to what they are doing.
