A hacked version of Pokémon Ruby known as Pokémon Jupiter Version casts players in the role of Ivan from Golden Sun.
In a remote location known only as the Mynoan Civilization, an enormous deluge is posing a threat to the Mynoan people’s very existence. The only part of the civilization that is still standing is the Capitol on its highest point, which was completely submerged. Ivan and the enigmatic man known only as Charon make their escape through a portal into the world of Pokémon…
Before they set out, Charon gives Ivan the directive to find him as soon as possible, as it is likely that they will become separated in the future.
Ivan is found unconscious on the beach of Route 300, which is located close to Aleph Town, by a man named Fabio Pink. Ivan is allowed to stay at his home while he is there after the man brings him there. Ivan, however, decides to leave and travel to the north, where he comes across a Pokémon Trainer by the name of Rachel who is being attacked by a Pokémon. Ivan has no trouble using a Pokémon she pulled out of her bag to win the battle. They arrange to hand over the Pokémon to Ivan at the Aleph Town Bar and Grill, where they will meet. She then departs in the direction of Styxwater Town, which is to the west. The remaining questions are up to you to answer…
