The brilliant scientist who went on to become a professor, Neil/Tyra. They are dreaming about something. As part of his quest to create the most powerful Pokemon possible on his own, he has conducted a large number of experiments. On the other hand, he or she does not have sufficient funds. At this point, a businessman by the name of Kasper approaches the young professor and tells him that he will contribute to the project on the condition that the young professor will split the success with him. Without a second’s hesitation, he or she accepted Kasper’s contribution in order to achieve their objective. The young genius gradually learns that Kasper is the leader of a covert team known as “Team Delta,” and as this information comes to light, he or she begins to question whether or not they should try to keep up. Why is it important for Kasper to complete this project? What is he going to do? The young professor needs to make a decision about whether or not to continue with this.
