A catastrophic event occurred a few thousand years ago, and it shifted the majority of the landmass on the world. As a result of the significant rise in sea level, both humans and Pokémon were compelled to relocate to the previously mountainous territory of Keplara. Many generations later, the ever-growing population of the region would force humanity to encroach against the territory of the wild Pokémon, which would result in an increase in the level of tension throughout the region. Because there is nowhere else on Earth for humans to settle, the human inhabitants of Keplara have started looking into other possibilities for human expansion. Others opt to investigate the land or the sea, while still others focus their attention on the stars and the technology necessary to go into space.

Andromeda City, the commercial and cultural hub of Keplara, has been your home for the entirety of your life. Your mother is the Antares League gym leader in the neighborhood, and your father is a member of the Andromeda Police Department. You will eventually obtain your very own Trainer’s License and establish a name for yourself as a highly recognized Pokémon trainer.

However, that day has not yet come. Instead, today is a wonderful day for Andromeda City since your mother’s Antares League gym is moving into the coolest new premises, which are located all the way up to the top floors of the freshly finished Pokémon community skyscraper! There are still a few things that need to be moved and unpacked before the grand opening, but there is nothing that the two of you and your father are unable to handle between the two of you.
