Skies of Arcadia: Legends is a re-release of the Dreamcast RPG Skies of Arcadia. Vyse and Aika, two young pirates, meet a mysterious girl named Fina on their journey. They agree to join her on her quest to collect six moon crystals. However, Fina was not the only one searching for those crystals. The evil Valuan empire, led by the ambitious warlock Galcian and his admirals, will go to any length to stop Fina and her brave companions…
The gameplay revolves primarily around world-map travel (always in an airship), visiting different countries, and fighting in two modes: traditional party-based combat and ship battles, in which you control an entire ship and assign commands for four turns.
What’s different about this GameCube re-release? Graphics (mainly character graphics) have been improved, and new sub-quests and characters with backstories reveal more about the game’s heroes’ past.
