Space Strike

A fairly faithful take on the Space Invaders concept: once again, a rampaging alien army takes issue with the Earth’s continued existence, and seeks to rectify the problem by throwing bombs at it. Mankind is not thrilled with these reengineering efforts, and so the player assumes control of Earth’s last best hope – a laterally moving gunship with a single-shot cannon. As the orderly alien squadron zig-zags its way towards the bottom of the screen, the player’s task is to take them all down before they land or destroy all three ships.
