Castlevania II SRAM Hack

This hack replaces the password options with simple Save and Load options. What it saves is the same information contained in a password. Save at Game Over: Choosing SAVE will write the game progress to SRAM. It will return to the Game Over screen until you choose CONTINUE. Load at menu screen: Choose LOAD and it will start the game with the progress you saved. Technical info: The 16 bytes that describes the password is saved and loaded to/from SRAM at $6000-$600F. There are two ips files, “cv2SRAM.ips” for NTSC roms and “cv2eSRAM.ips” for PAL.
