Elevator Action is an action game released by Taito in 1983. The game revolves around the intrusion of a spy in a 30-story building. He will move in elevators to destroy the enemies that appear on the floors. Players will be involved in the exciting gun battle when controlling your character to attack the enemies that appear behind each door.
Otto – who performed the task of destroying the enemy troops lurking throughout the house. He started the fight with a pistol weapon and was dropped on the 30th floor of the whole house. With the skill of a professional spy, he had to find a tunnel to take to the first floor of the building. Otto must move quickly to avoid the detection of enemies. In the first floor, he will fight with two guarded enemies. Otto will quickly destroy them to collect documents from the rooms in the first floor. However, he must collect quickly to reach the next floor if he does not want to be discovered. When detected, the alarm lights on the floors of the base will glow and enemies will be harder to destroy. This is very dangerous for Otto. Passing the first floor, he will move the next floor through an elevator.
Enemies will appear more on the next floor. The elevator speed will also slow down so that Otto is ready for attacks. In addition to weapons, guns, he can use his kicks to stun enemies to easily attack enemies. If he sees the enemy attacking heavily, he can use the elevator as an emergency exit. The elevator can move up or down but Otto cannot stand inside the elevator for a long time. When fighting enemies with superior physical strength in the next levels, he needs to attack quickly and jump high to avoid continuous rounds from them. In each floor, there will be a dark area. Otto will use this area to find a way to attack the enemy. He needs to quickly collect documents after destroying enemies in each floor. The enemy will not be able to move in the elevator so he does not have to face too many enemies.
The game allows up to two players to complete the task together. The task becomes easier if two players attack together in the floors of the building. The game ends when the player annihilates all enemies appearing in 30 floors and collects sufficient evidence of their crime.
