The game plot is based on the movie Rambo: First Blood Part II. The game content revolves around the difficult escape process of the guy, Rambo. The story ends when Rambo returns to the base and throws a giant monster at Murdock and turns him into a frog.

At the beginning of the game, Rambo will receive Colonel Trautman’s question. He will have to choose between yes or no. If he chooses yes, Rambo will be given immediate missions and begin his journey of escape. If he chose no, he would have to talk to the people around him and come back to ask Colonel Trautman again to accept the assignment. The game continues when Rambo is abandoned in the forest. Here, he will have to move flexibly to fight spiders and extremely scary and dangerous creatures. Rambo can move in directions and use fists or knives to destroy enemies. After overcoming challenges, Rambo will have to confront the strongest enemy of the forest is the giant spider. In addition, the prison’s helicopters will also prevent him from escaping. Rambo can replenish power by destroying enemies to increase their levels. In addition, he can also use special powers with anger. Whenever his anger is full, he can use special skills to wipe out enemies quickly. Rambo can increase the accumulation of anger by attacking an enemy or being attacked by an enemy.
