“Front Mission 5 – Scars of the War” is a tactical role-playing game genre and is the ninth installment in the development of the “Front Mission”, so Square Enix series, first released on 29 December 2005. In the future, when science and technology have reached a high level, giant robots now act as a human weapon. The plot of the game revolves around the protagonist Walter Feng, and he is a newcomer of the Huffman Island, where he meets and befriends Randy O’Neill and Glen Duval, three close friends who grew up together in this city. Five years later, a war broke out between the two sides USN and OCU, and your friends are now warriors of different factions, each fighting for their ideals. Join the game, and you will play the role of Walter, where he will drive machines named Wanzer and fight the enemies. In Front Mission battles, the action point (AP) is a special feature. When starting to fight, you will be given an amount of AP certain, every action such as attacking or moving will consume AP. After each turn, you will be reloaded an amount of AP, the higher the proficiency of the pilot, the more AP will be reloaded.
