The original game’s storyline is continued in the second installment of the Lethal Skies series, a combat flying simulator. This sequel introduces a formidable new foe with global conquest aspirations.
Although the gameplay and customization choices are comparable to the first game, Lethal Skies II includes some new additions and upgrades. In addition to the updated visuals and audio, it comes with several brand new features, such as many levels for the game’s difficulty, weather effects, five distinct 1st and 3rd person views, fully dynamic battle maps, split-screen gameplay, a mode for two players, and more than 20 additional missions. The total number of aircraft in the arsenal has increased to 19 thanks to the addition of seven new fighter planes, including some future fighters and “black ops” airplanes. Unique scenarios can be unlocked, some of which allow the player to switch sides and pilot aircraft belonging to the adversary.
