Onimusha – Warlords

Onimusha: Warlords is set in 16th century Japan when players can find a civil war. Nobunaga Oda dominates this period. Therefore, you control Samanosuke Akechi. He dies trying to save Princess Yuki in reality, but a second chance at life appears after that. He receives a magical gauntlet. Samanosuke must fight through many monsters in a castle. In addition, you will use your gauntlet to absorb monster souls to upgrade its power. Soul types provide many effects for players, like restoring their status or making weapons and items stronger. Some hidden locations can help you access special doors. During the game, players can switch the role from Samanosuke to Kaede. She can reach certain areas and help you solve puzzles.
