A game in which players drive karts as Pac-Man and other characters from earlier Pac-Man games as well as other Namco franchises. For example, Mr. Driller, Mappy, and the Prince from Katamari Damacy are playable characters in the PlayStation Portable version of the game.
The game is jam-packed with the typical Dots to consume and adversaries to avoid, but also with power-ups and temporary advantages that players must employ intelligently to win the race and defeat competitors. One illustration would be using a power slide to take a corner at full speed. After consuming a Power Pellet, adversaries are likewise susceptible to being bitten.
