You take on the role of Pitfall Harry, an intrepid explorer tasked with saving an archaeological expedition separated from its leader in the Amazonian jungle. Along the road, you will combat your most sworn enemy, Jonathan St. Claire, and contribute to realizing an ancient prophecy that will result in the planet’s salvation.
The gameplay combines elements of traditional platforming action with Metroid-style exploration as you search through ruins, tunnels, mountains, and jungles for treasures that will unlock new paths of inquiry in a massive, interconnected universe.
