After they have rescued everyone and everything, what happens to the heroes? Going Commando recounts the adventures of Ratchet and his robotic sidekick Clank as they travel across the universe to stop the next wicked menace. This adventure takes place after the events of the previous experience.
The action platformer Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando is played from a third-person perspective and strongly focuses on destroying various objects. The player is given access to a brand-new armory of weapons, in addition to several fan-favorite items from the previous games. The game has an experience system similar to role-playing games, enabling players to level up their weapons and transform them into more powerful versions. In addition to the standard platforming challenges, there are aspects such as space duels, arenas populated by monsters, and races with hovercraft.
