SBK 09: Superbike World Championship is the official video game license for the Superbike World Championship league, a motorcycle racing competition type. The primary emphasis is on visually accurately representing the driving dynamics. The player assumes the role of one of 27 licensed athletes during the season and competes in 13 of the race locations of the season 2008/2009 (the Nurburgring is not one of the possible locations). There can be as many as eight sessions for each race, not counting free training and warmups. Within the garage, the player has complete control over customizing every facet of his motorcycle. Beginners This is something that may be handed off to an engineer. Of course, you can also choose to participate in just a single racing weekend or get a head start in a quick race if you so desire.
Two significant differences exist between this version and its predecessor: driving assistance for inexperienced players and 20 new tasks. In these, the player is tasked with resolving specific issues within predetermined circumstances, such as winning the race while wearing worn-out brakes or completing checkpoints within a predetermined time.
