Rebirth Knot is a port of the PC adult visual novel Suzunone Seven! The console version removes the adult content from the PC release, and adds two new characters: American exchange student Toa Maria Matos, and her guardian Mayo Shōno. In addition, all the voiceovers have been redone with different actors.
