You are a novice skater who recently moved to the metropolis of Los Angeles. At the Beverly Hills skate park known as Skate Ranch, the game’s primary objective is for you to hang out with a skating group and their leader, who also happens to be a skating legend. You will assist your fellow players throughout the game by acquiring skate pieces for Skate Ranch.
The series has been reimagined twice, with Pro Skater as the model for the first iteration and Underground as the model for the second. It includes entirely new features, such as the ability to change your appearance within the game and the capability to go from using a skateboard to a BMX bike at any time. This is the first time all the levels have been combined into a single expansive setting; as a result, loading delays and menu selection have been eliminated.
In addition, classic elements were preserved, such as the “Create-a-park” option, which has been around since the Pro Skater series. Missions can still be obtained by approaching strangers or acquaintances and accepting the task they want you to run, and this is the traditional method.
Adding a multiplayer option and co-op play for up to two players provides the game with additional replay value.
