Total Immersion Racing is a racing simulation game focusing on the GT and GTS classes and the PRO (prototypes) racing series. Given that these are genuine racing classes, the simulation in the game is limited to track racing.
The player is given access to a complete racing breed, comprised of 14 racing vehicles that range between the GT and GTS classes and the Prototypes (PRO) style, all of which are modeled and detailed true to the genuine models.
There are 12 different circuits to choose from, some of which include Silverstone, Monza, Hockenheim, and Talheimring.
When the game first begins, only a select few of the tracks and vehicles are accessible; the remainder of these elements become playable only once the player has completed several later-game races and challenges.
The game offers the player the opportunity to play it in one of four distinct ways: the career mode, the rapid race style, the time trial mode, or the challenge mode.
In the career mode, players are tasked with completing a complete competition season after beginning in a primary GT vehicle. In the career mode, the purpose is to win the seasons to earn contracts with better car teams and progress through the three classes.
The challenges are a unified sort of race, which indicates that they are either races for the same model cup, the same manufacturing country, the same class, and so on. When you complete one challenge, it opens the door to the next one, and so on, until all 30 challenges have been met.
