Atonement by Tsugunai is about a mercenary named Leise. He angers the God of Light by removing a treasure orb from its holy pedestal. Now that his body and consciousness are separated, he must atone for his sin by assisting the citizens of Wallonia. Leise’s soul can possess the bodies of various individuals, each of which has unique combat strengths and limitations.
Precision is emphasized in Tsugunai: Atonement’s combat system. There are four fundamental defensive maneuvers: block, strafe counter, back step, and counter-attack. It would be best to press a button at a specific moment during the animation. You will also obtain runes of varying shapes throughout the game, facilitating offensive and healing magic. Once an amulet is filled with these runes, a summon incantation becomes available.
