This action-packed video game follows the exploits of the animated short film series for which the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film was bestowed, Inventor Wallace and His Clever Dog Gromit.
The first scene of Project Zoo occurs one morning as Wallace and Gromit are ready to visit their new best buddy, Archie, the polar bear, who lives in the nearby zoo. When they arrive at the zoo, they discover it has already closed for the day! And to make matters even worse, a nefarious penguin named Feathers McGraw kidnapped Archie and concealed him somewhere deep within the zoo. Therefore, Wallace and Gromit decided to go and save him.
This is an action-based platformer with many puzzles and optional objectives to complete. The player assumes control of Gromit, the long-suffering companion of Wallace, and is tasked with assisting Wallace in achieving various purposes, such as mending broken machines or flipping switches. The primary aim of each of the game’s six stages is to release three newborn animals who have been captured. When you do so, additional regions become accessible, and you can go to the next area. In addition, secret bonus levels must be unlocked to progress, as well as coins must be gathered to do so.
