The WRC II Extreme competition followed the World Rally Championship, part of a series that the FIA legally sanctions. The graphics have been upgraded, and players can now see the damage done to their vehicles. Competing in 14 official WRC events, ranging from Monte Carlo to Kenya and Argentina, is possible. There are almost 800 kilometers of racetrack to choose from, including everything from mountains to forests to snow, and it was all built using satellite data.
There are seven official WRC teams, and among those teams are a total of 21 drivers. Some of these drivers include Tommi Makinen, Richard Burns, and Carlos Sainz. The faces of the drivers and co-drivers in the game have been re-created with the help of facial technology, and the genuine voices of the co-drivers have also been included. WRC designers have designed the “Extreme” extra vehicles, which players can unlock as a glimpse into the probable future of rally driving.
