Armored Core 4 takes place in an alternate world where corporations control everything. Food and energy became more reduced when the population gradually increased. Over time, the situation lost control and influenced the government. People turned to corporations for safety. Six companies fought for power, leading to a big war. A new system called Pax Economica was established. After five years, players are members of the rebel group called the Ravens. They control a giant Mech, which can be upgraded by adding various parts and weapons. Players will destroy and win the enemy Mechs in 30 missions that are scattered in the world. You can upgrade the powers of the mechas when completing the missions and unlock the new parts. Besides the single-player modes, the multiplayer can not be missed.
