The Templars apprehended Desmond Miles, and the Animus device helped him relive past events and go up against the Templars with new friends. Desmond discovers the existence of Ezio in 15th-century Italy thanks to the upgraded device. All across the game globe, players can find treasure. The game has both combat and open-world exploration. The ability to swim and use boats is offered to the players. From rooftops, you can see the entire landscape using Eagle Vision. An integral part of the gameplay is the ability to run and jump freely.
