Jack and his father return in this version. Gangs become more organized to complete their goal. After that, the conspiracy reaches law enforcement. Jack and Shadow face another intense night when terrorists seize Temple Tower. Therefore, many hostages can not survive during negotiations. Jack decides to surrender his badge but uses violence to solve this problem. He battles gang members and chases the mastermind. Through the game, Jack experiences many tragedies, which makes him fight harder. For example, he discovers that trusted friends may be villains. The gameplay focuses on action when controlling Jack or Shadow. This changes depending on the mission. Jack fights with punches and combos to deal damage to multiple enemies simultaneously. Specially, Shadow can attack or guard Jack.
