Hail to the Chimp focuses on the party gameplay. The Animal Kingdom needs a new leader, and Clams have the deciding vote. Candidates compete to win their support. Players battle on themed boards. Collecting clams helps them earn more points. However, some features will hinder them, such as obstacles and attacks. Results appear on screens, and animal newscasters present them. Players can form alliances, and before rivals can become allies. However, you should pay attention to these decisions because they can betray you at times. The game offers ten animal characters. Multiplayer mode has four human opponents. The standard mode still provides the campaign with ten stages. Each stage focuses on a specific animal. Therefore, depending on the mode, you will face human or bot opponents.
