Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

Metal Gear Solid 4 is the fourth main game in the series and concludes the previous version’s plot. It brings back many familiar characters with the main antagonist, Liquid Ocelot. The story unfolds through lengthy cut-scenes, so the series knowledge is helpful. Solid Snake looks old due to accelerated aging but is on a mission to stop Liquid Ocelot. In 2014, Liquid plans to control the Sons of the Patriots system and wants to build an army. The game has five acts and an epilogue. New actions include rolling, firing, and hiding in bins. With the improved camera, shooting now uses a shoulder perspective. Close Quarters Combat is redesigned to allow Snake to interrogate guards. Octocamo replaces the old camouflage system with a stress meter instead of a stamina one. The game offers many weapons and gadgets that players can customize. In addition, the Solid Eye and Metal Gear Mk.II are new tools.
