MotorStorm: Pacific Rift

MotorStorm: Pacific Rift is a racing game sequel with the environment set on a tropical island. Players drive various vehicles, like bikes, ATVs, etc. Monster trucks are new to the series and liked the most because they can crush other cars and destroy scenery. Bikers can now duck or jump over obstacles. The tracks are unconventional and have multiple routes. Not all routes suit every vehicle. Tracks wear down during races. This affects vehicle behavior. In particular, small vehicles struggle with vegetation, but big rigs can plow through. Water areas cool engines and change performance. The game offers split-screen play for up to four players. It also had online multiplayer, but servers closed in 2012. The game continues the style of the first MotorStorm. Players will experience many races and pass unique challenges in diverse environments and with vehicle interactions.
