Elementals perform a magic ritual because of the eruption of a volcano. To win the battle against evil forces, sixteen Skylanders gain a new power and start joining Flynn to protect the islands from Kaos. Villagers request their help when these heroes pass through. At the same time, all events start with the ship of Flynn, which players must protect. Unhappily, it crashes anyway, and they should go to another place named Woodburrow. Levels have branching paths with puzzles and enemies. The Portal of Power appears, and it allows the Skylanders to collect treasures. With their unique abilities, they can access special challenges in Swap Zones. From treasures, Skylanders progress by gaining experience and upgrading skills.
