Resistance 3

Resistance 3 is a first-person shooter in an alternative reality where the planet is overrun by Chimera. This creature has evolved from infected humans, so humanity struggles to survive against overwhelming odds. The story follows Joseph Capelli, who lives with his family in Oklahoma. He receives news about a Chimerian tower in New York that causes global freezing. Therefore, Capelli must destroy it to save his family by embarking on a journey to New York with Doctor Malikov. The game features redesigned weapons and upgrades to allow for wielding all weapon types. In addition, they can be upgraded twice using experience points to receive alternative fire modes and enhanced power. The health system has changed, too, because it no longer regenerates automatically. Players must find health packs to replenish their health and carefully complete the missions. These changes add new challenges to the gameplay.
