The original Street Fighter IV game has been remade and given a new lease of life as Super Street Fighter IV. Although it was first conceived of as downloadable content (DLC), it was ultimately determined to be too expansive in its scope. Instead, it was made available as a complete game, although at a reduced price. It includes everything that was in the first game, in addition to a wide variety of improvements, which were included. The new online modes are Team Battle (which allows up to eight players), Replay Channel (which will enable you to watch and save replays), and Endless Battle (which pits the winner against a rotating group of up to eight players). As downloadable content (DLC), an additional Tournament mode was made available. In addition, it includes the different states of the barrel and automobile, which were first seen in the Final Fight series and the Street Fighter II: The World Warrior series, respectively.
Those who purchased the base game can import costume DLC packs, and when they do so, they unlock a pair of new ones that may be downloaded without cost. The already established cast of 25 characters each has a fresh third outfit. The ten additional characters with this version can be used immediately without unlocking them. They are as follows:

- T. Hawk
Every character, except Hakan and Juri, had previously been seen in other games. Every character can perform two Ultra Combos at any given time.
