Major League Baseball 2K6 is a version of its console equivalents with a similar style but various amenities. The console versions of this game may be found here. It still contains the same rosters as the console versions and the three-year report, but the animations are different because they were made specifically for the PSP. The game mechanics are the same as they were in the console versions as well.
It also has the majority of the same modes as the other games, and for the first time on the PSP, a complete franchise mode with all of the options is included in this game. A Home Run Derby career mode is also included in this game. In addition, it has Jon Miller and Joe Morgan commentating on it, Derek Jeter is featured on the cover, and it comes with an ad hoc mode that lets you compete against a friend.
