Soul Sacrifice

Soul Sacrifice is a role-playing action game genre developed by Marvelous AQL with support from SCE Japan Studio and released by Sony Computer Entertainment for PlayStation Vita. In the game, the player takes on the role of a slave who is about to be sacrificed. That person was once accidentally read a banned book called Librom, which allowed its readers to relive battles between witches and monsters in the past known as Phantom Quests, thus gaining experience and The power needed to defeat Magusar. The core mechanism of the game is to sacrifice parts of the character’s body or items to create devastating attacks. These sacrifices are not infinite resources, and they are permanently marked on the player’s body. The game has two endings, depending on whether the player saves or sacrifices Magusar. In addition, a third ending occurs if the player fights Magusar before completing all the main stories in Librom.
