The scene takes place a year after the events of the previous installment, at which point the crime syndicate of Mr. X was defeated. His three friends Adam Hunter, Axel Stone, and Blaze Fielding are now settling down on their own. But one day Blaze returned and found his house destroyed, he also learned that his brother was missing along with the picture of Adam kidnapped by Mr. X. Once again this city is filled with criminals and now it is even worse than the previous one. The gameplay remains the same and not much has changed from the previous part when starting the game in addition to two familiar characters, Axel and Blaze, this section welcomes two new characters, Max Thunder (a slow but wrestling and powerful) and Sammy “Skate” Hunter (Adam’s brother with quick rollerblading). You can perform attacks such as punching, kicking, jumping and using enemy weapons to attack them. The police car summon attack has been removed, instead of Blitz, which deals great damage to all enemies that are appearing, but to perform this ability means HP is reduced.
