This is the English retranslation patch of Breath of Fire II made by d4s, which fixes all the official translation's mistakes -which made the dialogues quite weird for instance- and provides a translation faithful to the original japanese version. This patch also offers cleaner menus and interfaces, with some nice bonuses.
