Mario's Super Picross

Mario's Super Picross, also known as Mario no Super Picross in Japan, is the first sequel to the game released for the Game Boy, Mario's Picross, and can be played on the Super Famicom. After the commercial failure of the first game in the West, this second opus was released only in Japan in 1995. The game is played in the same way as the first one, except for the appearance of Wario. It was released in 2006 on the Wii Virtual Console, again in Japan, and then on the Wii U Virtual Console in 2013. The game was not localized in North America, probably due to the very poor reception of the release of Mario's Picross . It has still not been released on the Wii Virtual Console or Wii U in this part of the world. It was finally released in the West in 2020 on Nintendo Switch, however still in Japanese.
