The Jungle Book is an adventure game based on the famous Disney movie of the same name. Players will control the character Mowgli, a boy raised by a pack of wolves. Mowgli had to leave his familiar home in the forest to return to human society because Shere Khan, a tiger, was hunting the boy. Mowgli had to fight wild animals in the woods and finally Shere Khan to reach his village. During his adventurous journey, he met good friends like Bagheera leopard, Baloo bear, King Louie, and hypnotic snake Kaa. Mowgli characters must shoot or avoid enemies by running, jumping, climbing vines, and using the various weapons and powers available in the game. Mowgli starts the game with a banana ball, and can also collect other threats such as invincible masks, coconuts, banana brace and banana boomerang in the game. Players will gradually level up and score points by taking gems along with fruits and other items that contribute to the player’s game score. The stages are divided into chapters, in the same order as in the main story. Each chapter opens with a description of the story at that time. Some stages are completed by defeating evil characters, but there are also stages with good figures that players are required to find after collecting enough gems. Players have six minutes to complete each level. Depending on the difficulty, the number of flowers the player must receive to level up is eight (natural), ten (average) or twelve (hard), out of a total of fifteen gems spread evenly in the level.
