LEGO Dimensions

“LEGO Dimensions” is a very attractive LEGO action-adventure game exclusively for the Wii U. Developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, this is a game in the format of toys-to-life, allowing players to build all the details from characters, vehicles, race tracks … and bring them to life on the screen. The existing titles in “LEGO Dimensions” include famous characters from dramas and blockbusters such as Batman, Wizard of Oz, The Simpsons, The Lord of Ring … The gameplay in “Lego Dimensions” is also similar in style to previous LEGO games developed by Traveller’s Tales, in which up to two players control Lego mini-figures based on various represented franchises. Characters are entered into the game by placing their respective mini-figures onto a USB toy pad, with each character possessing unique abilities that can be used to solve puzzles or reach hidden areas. The Starter Pack includes the game’s main toy pad and the 14-story main plot campaign, revolving around Batman, Gandalf, and Wyldstyle, while additional levels are provided by purchasing Level Packs and Story Packs. In addition to mini-figures, players can also build models of vehicles, such as the Batmobile, TARDIS, Mystery Machine, or DeLorean, and put them into the game for characters to drive.
