In Band of Bugs, a tactical strategy game available on Xbox Live Arcade, you play the role of Maal, a dissatisfied beetle with a hard time figuring out the meaning of his little life. It isn’t until he encounters the royal army, led by praying mantis Tiernan that he finds the answer to his question.
Now that you have reached this point in the story, you will finally learn what it means to live a life filled with conflict when you guide Maal through the insect world that surrounds him, utilizing the one-of-a-kind turn-based system. Along the way, you will battle nasty bugs and earn a name among your contemporaries. The players take control of a swarm of insects, each with unique skills. Instead of concentrating on the administration of resources, the emphasis is placed on managing troops.
