Even though it is dubbed Battlefield 2, this is the first installment of the Battlefield series to be released on a console. Vehicles such as Humvees, tanks, all-terrain combat vehicles (APCs), and helicopters are all included in the game, despite the glaring absence of fixed-wing aircraft.
In the multiplayer version, up to 24 players can compete against one another in two different game modes: Conquest, in which players must acquire flags and keep control of them until the opponent tickers run out, and Acquire the Flag, in which players launch must an all-out assault to bring the enemy flag back to their base. China and the United States fight head to head against each other in Kazakhstan during a single-player campaign led by a story. During the single-player campaign, you obey orders based on news stories that portray both sides of the fight, providing an understanding of how war is and how it is reported. You can switch between the forces of China and the United States at any time. The new Hot Swap feature allows you to change roles with practically any other allied soldier currently present on the battlefield. This saves you a ton of time and puts you in the optimal position for your subsequent attack or defense.
