The Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath console version is the official standalone expansion to Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. It does not require the base game to play, unlike the Windows version.
Like the Windows version, it features a new Nod-centric campaign with 13 missions and additional sub-factions, units, structures, upgrades, and support powers. However, the Global Conquest mode has been replaced by Kane’s Challenge mode, a collection of skirmish matches with varying victory criteria chosen by Kane. They include all of the game’s factions, and players choose a section to destroy other armies while unlocking achievements, as well as twenty new Kane-themed films.
The Xbox 360 version employs the original game’s CommandStick interface for rapid controls. Skirmish and multiplayer combat for up to four players are accessible over Xbox Live, with compatibility for the VisionCam and over 50 maps to select from.
