Culdcept Saga is a video game in the Culdcept series that combines Magic and Monopoly. The gameplay is similar to that of earlier installments. Players roll dice and travel around a game board, seeking to claim locations and collect fees against other Cepters who land there, just like in Monopoly.
Over 300 cards were carried over from previous editions, others were modified for more excellent balance, and over 170 new cards were included. The game now supports four-player online multiplayer play over Xbox Live, with leaderboards and standings. Other enhancements include the opportunity to unlock various things, the ability to customize in-game avatars, and high-definition images partially displayed in 3D.
There is also a story mode in the game, which revolves around a young guy who is sold into slavery to offer economic relief for his suffering community. He must now fight various fights to earn his release from servitude and then join forces with Princess Faustina to combat numerous adversaries and restore peace to the realm.
